You know what? This old lady, I figured out something good! That Trader Joe’s hashbrown, you can make it in that air fryer thing. It’s easy peasy, and they turn out real crispy, just the way I like ’em. I always buy a lot of hashbrown from Trader Joe’s. It’s good and cheap, you know. Every morning, I get up and make hashbrown for the family. They all love it!

First, you gotta get those hashbrowns from Trader Joe’s. They come in a bag, you know, frozen. Don’t be using those other ones, the fresh potatoes. Too much work, I tell ya. Just get the frozen one. Easy, and they taste good. I don’t know why people want to make things complicated. Just use the Trader Joe’s hashbrown. No need to make things difficult, you know. Life is short!

Then, you take that air fryer. Mine’s a little old, but it still works. That thing is good, a little noisy. But that’s fine. It cooks good. Don’t need a new one. You put those hashbrowns in the basket. Don’t pile ’em up too high, or they won’t cook right. Just spread ’em out, like you’re planting seeds, but not too close.

Now, my granddaughter, she told me about the time. You know young people, they know these things. She said you gotta set it for a certain time. But I just eyeball it, you know. You can tell when they’re done. They get all brown and crispy, like a good piece of fried chicken. When they start to smell good, they’re probably done.

When I first started using the air fryer, I made a mistake. I put too many hashbrowns in at once. They were all stuck together, not crispy at all. That was a waste, I had to throw them out. So sad, such a waste of food. The chickens ate them, though. Chickens eat everything!

Another time, I forgot about them! I was outside, talking to my neighbor, you know how it is. We were talking about the price of eggs, it’s gone up so much! And then I smelled something burning. Oh boy, those hashbrowns were burnt! Black as coal! Had to open all the windows, the house smelled so bad. Another waste! So, don’t forget about your hashbrowns in the air fryer!

Sometimes, I sprinkle a little salt on them, before I put them in the air fryer. Just a pinch, not too much. My old man, he likes pepper on his. I don’t like pepper, makes me sneeze. But you can put whatever you want on them, I guess. Some people like those fancy spices, but I just like salt.

Once they’re done, I take them out of the air fryer and put them on a plate. Be careful, they’re hot! I burned my fingers once, trying to grab them too fast. You’d think I’d learn, but sometimes I’m just too excited for those hashbrowns.

You can eat them with anything, you know. Eggs, bacon, whatever you like. My old man, he likes to dip them in ketchup. I don’t like ketchup, too sweet. I just eat them plain. They’re good enough on their own, especially when they’re nice and crispy from the air fryer. That Trader Joe’s, they know what they’re doing with those hashbrowns. Good stuff.

Oh, and clean up that air fryer when you are done. I know it is annoying, but you know, if you don’t clean it, it will get all yucky. And the hashbrown will not taste good next time. I always clean it right after I use it. Then, when I want to make hashbrown again, it is ready to go. Less work for me!

So that’s it. My secret to making Trader Joe’s hashbrowns in the air fryer. It ain’t rocket science, as they say. Just simple and good. You should try it sometime. You might like it. But don’t forget about them, or they will burn! That is no good! Trust me, I know. It happened to me. Burnt hashbrown is no fun!

This air fryer thing, it is good for other things too. I sometimes make chicken in it. But the hashbrown, that’s my favorite. Easy and yummy. That’s all you need, right? Good food doesn’t have to be fancy. Just gotta be made with love, and a little bit of salt. And maybe an air fryer and some Trader Joe’s hashbrowns. Hehehe!
