Okay, so I wanted to try something new and fancy for a get-together I was having. I saw this recipe for a Lavender Lemonade Prosecco Cocktail and thought, “Why not?” Here’s how it went down.
Getting Everything Ready
First, I gathered all my stuff. I needed:
- Prosecco (obviously!)
- Lemons
- Lavender syrup (I bought this, but you can make it too)
- Some fresh lavender sprigs for garnish (totally optional, but they look pretty)
Making the Lemonade Mix
I started by squeezing a bunch of lemons. I think I used like, six? I wanted enough for everyone. I poured the fresh lemon juice into a pitcher. Then, I added the lavender syrup. I didn’t measure, just poured some in and stirred, then tasted. I added a bit more until it tasted sweet and a little floral. It was actually pretty good on its own!

Putting It All Together
Now for the fun part! I took out my champagne flutes (because I wanted to be extra). I filled each glass about halfway with the lemonade mixture. Then, I topped it off with the Prosecco. I watched it fizz, which was kind of mesmerizing.
The Final Touch
I stuck a little lavender sprig into each glass. Honestly, it made it look so much fancier. And that was it!
My friends loved it! It was sweet, bubbly, and a little bit different. I’ll definitely be making this again. It was super easy, even for someone like me who’s not a pro bartender. The lavender adds a light aroma that makes this drink perfect for summer!
