Okay, so I’ve been seeing all this hype about air frying everything, and I finally caved and tried it with Trader Joe’s hashbrowns. Gotta say, I’m kinda hooked now. Here’s how it all went down:
Getting Started
First things first, I grabbed a bag of those frozen hashbrown patties from Trader Joe’s. You know, the ones that are perfectly shaped and ready to go? Yeah, those.
The Prepping
I preheated my air fryer to 400 degrees.I am not sure for how long to preheat,I just let it run for about 5 minites,I think it is enough.

The Air Frying Process
- Unpacked the hashbrowns from the bag.
- I didn’t bother with any oil or spray, just tossed those patties straight into the air fryer basket.I tried to keep them in a single layer.
- Then,I set the timer for,like,8 minutes to start.
- I flipped them * them another 7 or 8 minutes on the other side.
The Results
Dude, these things came out golden brown and super crispy. Way better than when I usually pan-fry them, and definitely less greasy. It’s like they were made for the air fryer!
Seriously, the texture was amazing. Crunchy on the outside, soft and potato-y on the inside. My breakfast game just got a major upgrade. If you’ve got an air fryer and haven’t tried this yet, you’re missing out!
