Alright, guys, I tried making this protein drink slushie thing today, and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure.

First off, I gathered all my stuff. I used:

  • Protein powder (I went with vanilla ’cause it’s my fave)
  • Some milk (I used almond milk, ’cause I’m trying to be healthy)
  • A bunch of ice
  • A little bit of sweetener, ’cause I like things sweet
  • And my trusty blender, of course

So, I started by throwing a scoop of that protein powder into the blender. Then, I poured in about a cup of the almond milk. Next, I added a handful of ice cubes. I wasn’t really measuring, just eyeballing it, you know?

I added a tiny bit of sweetener. I don’t like things overly sweet, so I was pretty careful with this part. After that, I put the lid on the blender and started blending.

I blended it for a while, stopping a few times to check the consistency. It took a bit longer than I expected, probably because of all the ice. I wanted it to be nice and slushie-like, not too watery, not too thick. I kept blending and checking, blending and checking until it looked just right.

Mixing It Up!

Once it was all blended, I poured it into a big glass. I used a thick straw because let’s be real, who wants a slushie that won’t come up through the straw?

And there it was, my homemade protein drink slushie.

Final touch

Then, I took a sip, and it was pretty good! It was cold, refreshing, and had that nice vanilla flavor from the protein powder. The texture was spot on, just like a real slushie. It was a fun little experiment, and I’d definitely do it again. I might add different fruit to it. Maybe I’ll try different flavors of protein powder next time, or maybe add some fruit. The possibilities are endless! Anyway, that’s how I made my protein drink slushie. It was a simple and fun little project, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
