Okay, so I was browsing around and saw this “protein cookie dough without protein powder” thing and thought, why not give it a shot? I mean, who doesn’t love cookie dough, right? And if I can make it a bit healthier, that’s a win.

I also found some oat flour in my pantry, I remember I bought it before because someone told me that I can have a healthy diet using it, which seemed like a good alternative to regular flour. I started by mixing the peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl. I used a regular spoon, nothing fancy. I stirred it up real good until it was all smooth and creamy.
