Okay, so I’ve been trying to up my protein intake, and I decided to give the Muscle Milk Strawberry Protein Shake a whirl. Here’s how it went down.

Getting Started

First, I grabbed my ingredients. Obviously, I needed the Muscle Milk powder – the strawberry flavor, of course. Then I added some milk, I usually use almond milk, but regular milk works too. I also like to toss in a few ice cubes to make it nice and cold. Sometimes, if I’m feeling fancy, I’ll add a handful of actual strawberries, but today I kept it simple.

Mixing It Up

I dumped everything into my blender. I have one of those single-serve blenders, which is perfect for this. I put in two scoops of the protein powder, about a cup of almond milk, and maybe four or five ice cubes. I screwed the lid on tight – don’t want a strawberry explosion all over my kitchen!

The Blending Process

Then, I blended it up. I usually let it go for about 30 seconds, or until it looks smooth and creamy. Sometimes, I have to stop it and shake it a bit to make sure all the powder gets mixed in properly. Nobody wants a powdery chunk in their shake!

The Taste Test

Once it was all blended, I poured it into a glass. It looked pretty good – a nice, light pink color. Then came the taste test. It’s actually pretty tasty! It’s definitely strawberry-flavored, but not too overpowering. It’s also surprisingly creamy for a protein shake, especially since I used almond * did a decent job, I would say!

Final Thoughts

Overall, I’d say the Muscle Milk Strawberry Protein Shake is a win. It’s easy to make, tastes good, and gives me a good boost of protein. I’ll definitely be making this again. I might even try adding some banana next time to change things up.
