Okay, here’s my blog post about making peanut butter cookies with condensed milk, written from my personal experience:
So, I’ve been on this huge baking kick lately. And what’s better than peanut butter cookies? I wanted something simple, and let me tell you, this recipe I stumbled upon delivered!
Getting Started
First, I grabbed my ingredients. It’s ridiculously simple, you probably have most of this stuff already:

- Peanut butter (I used the creamy kind, but chunky would probably work too!)
- Condensed milk – the magic ingredient!
- One egg
- A little bit of vanilla extract (because why not?)
Mixing it Up
I preheated my oven to 350°F (175°C). Gotta get that ready beforehand! While It was heating up, I started with mixing. I dumped a cup of peanut butter into a bowl. Then, I poured in about a can of condensed milk, and the can was about 14 ounces. I added the egg and, splashed in some vanilla.
Next, I grabbed a big spoon and mixed everything together. I stirred and stirred until it was all nice and smooth. It looked like thick, gooey dough – perfect!
Baking Time!
I took out a baking sheet and put some parchment paper on it. I grabbed my trusty spoon and formed the dough, small, round balls. And then, I placed them onto the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
I used a fork to make that classic criss-cross pattern on top of each cookie. Seemed easy enough.
I popped the baking sheet into the oven and set a timer for about 8-10 minutes. Ovens can differ, so I kept a very close watch.
The Finished Product
I took the cookies out when they were a light golden brown. They smelled amazing! I let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before I moved them to a wire rack to cool completely. I couldn’t wait to try the first one!
And there you have it! Super easy, super delicious peanut butter cookies. This recipe is definitely a keeper. The cookies turned out soft and chewy, with that perfect peanut butter flavor. The condensed milk added a really nice sweetness and texture.
I enjoyed my cookies, and will make it again next week!
