Oh boy, let me tell you about this pasta dish I whipped up the other day. I’m talking about Creamy Tuscan Spaghetti with Jumbo Scallops. Sound fancy, right? It was actually pretty easy to make. It is restaurant-quality, and so delicious.
So, first things first, I gathered all my ingredients. I grabbed some spaghetti, a bunch of those big ol’ jumbo scallops, and some heavy cream ’cause you gotta have that creamy goodness. To serve, I plated the pasta, making sure to get a good amount of scallops on each plate. I garnished it with a little extra parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of fresh parsley ’cause I’m fancy like that.
