Okay, so I got this green apple vodka the other day. I thought it might be fun to try to make something with it. I had heard from someone that they made some green apple-infused vodka once to put in a cocktail, so maybe I could try something like that.

I went to the store and picked up some green apples. I figured I needed to cut them up. So, I grabbed a knife and a cutting board and started slicing them up into small pieces. Then I got a big jar and filled it with the vodka and the apple pieces. I made sure to seal it up tight and then put it in a dark place to let it sit for a while.

I checked on it every few days, gave it a little shake, you know, just to see how it was doing. After about a week, I decided it was time to try it out. I strained out the apple pieces and poured some of the vodka into a glass. It smelled pretty good, like sweet and tart green apples.

I took a sip, and it was actually pretty tasty! The apple flavor was there, but it wasn’t too strong. It was a little sweet, a little tart, just like a green apple. I thought it was really nice.

What to Mix It With?

Now that I have this green apple vodka, what should I mix it with? Here are a few things I tried out:

  • Soda water: This was simple and refreshing. The soda water really let the apple flavor shine.
  • Lemon-lime soda: A little sweeter, but the citrus went well with the green apple.
  • Cranberry juice: This was a nice combo. The tartness of the cranberry balanced out the sweetness of the apple.
  • Apple juice: Okay, this might sound weird, but it was actually good! It was like a double dose of apple goodness.

I’m sure there are other things you could mix it with, but these were a few that I enjoyed. I think it would also be good in a cocktail with some other fruit flavors, like maybe peach or pear. It would definitely be fun to play around with it some more and see what other tasty drinks I could come up with. If you like green apples, you should give this a try!
