Okay, so the other day I was feeling fancy and decided to try making grilled brie with hot honey peaches. I’d seen it floating around online and it looked amazing, so I figured, why not? Here’s how it went down:
Getting Started
First, I gathered all my stuff. I needed:
- A wheel of brie cheese (obviously)
- Some ripe peaches
- Honey
- Red pepper flakes (for the “hot” part of the hot honey)
- Olive oil
- A little bit of salt
Prepping the Peaches
I started by washing and slicing the peaches. I cut them into, like, half-inch thick wedges? Something like that. Didn’t want them too thin or they’d just fall apart on the grill. I tossed the peach slices in a bowl with a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Just enough to coat them, you know?

Making the Hot Honey
This part was super easy. I just took some honey (maybe 1/4 cup?) and mixed in some red pepper flakes. I like things spicy, so I added a good pinch. If you’re not into heat, you can definitely use less, or even skip it altogether. Just regular honey would be delicious too.
Grilling Time!
I preheated my grill to medium heat. You could totally do this in a grill pan on the stove too, if you don’t have an outdoor grill. Once it was hot, I put the peach slices on the grill. I cooked them for maybe 2-3 minutes per side, just until they got some nice grill marks and started to soften.
Then add brie cheese to grill last 1 minute until the cheese a little bit metled.
Putting It All Together
Once the peaches were grilled and cheese was melted, I carefully removed it from the grill and placed the cheese on a plate. Then, I arranged the grilled peaches around it. Finally, I drizzled that glorious hot honey all over everything. Like, really drenched it. No shame in my honey game.
The Verdict
Oh. My. Goodness. This was SO good. The creamy, melty brie with the sweet, smoky peaches and the spicy kick from the honey? It was the perfect combination of flavors and textures. I served it with some crusty bread, but honestly, I could have just eaten it with a spoon. 10/10 would recommend, and will definitely be making this again!
