Okay, so I’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard lately, trying to bulk up a bit. You know, get those gains. And everyone keeps telling me I need more protein. So, I decided to try out this Muscle Milk Strawberry Protein Powder that I saw at the store. I’m not gonna lie, the strawberry flavor was what caught my eye first. I’m a sucker for anything strawberry.

First thing I did was open the container. Smelled like strawberry candy, which was promising. I grabbed my shaker bottle and scooped in the powder as directed. I mixed it with water, gave it a good shake. I did notice this powder mixed really well, like no clumps or anything. Way better than some other protein powders I tried in the past that ended up being all lumpy and gross.

Taste

Now for the taste test. I took a sip, and man, it was actually pretty good. It tasted like a strawberry milkshake, but not overly sweet.
