Okay, here’s my attempt at writing a blog post in the style you requested, about making air fryer sausage balls with cream cheese:

Alright, y’all, so the other day I was starving, and I needed something quick and easy. I had some sausage in the fridge and, like, a block of cream cheese that was about to expire. I remembered seeing those sausage ball recipes, but I didn’t want to heat up the whole oven. Then it hit me: Air Fryer!

Getting Started

First, I grabbed the sausage. It was just regular breakfast sausage, nothing fancy. I think it was, maybe, a pound? I’m not great at measuring, I kinda just eyeball things.

Then, I took that cream cheese. It was the full-fat kind, because why not? I let it soften up a bit on the counter so that can be easy to mix that.

I also grabbed some shredded cheddar cheese. Again, I just used what I had on hand. I think it was sharp cheddar, but mild would probably work too. I love the sharp taste.

Mixing it Up

I threw the sausage into a big bowl and broke it up with my hands. Gotta get in there, you know? Then I added the cream cheese. It was still a little cold, so I had to use some muscle to get it mixed in there really good.

  • cream cheese
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Finally, I dumped in the shredded cheese. I probably used…a cup? Maybe a cup and a half? I like things cheesy.

The key here is to really mix everything together. I used my hands, it is so efficient. You want the cream cheese and cheddar all distributed in sausage.

Air Frying Time

I preheated my air fryer to, 375 degrees, I think. Once it was hot, I started rolling the sausage mixture into little balls. They were probably about an inch or so. You don’t want them too big, or they won’t cook through.

I put the balls into the air fryer basket. You don’t want to overcrowd it, so I did them in batches.

I cooked them for…I want to say about 10-12 minutes? I flipped them halfway through to make sure they got brown on all sides.

The Finished Product

I use a food thermometer to make sure they are ready, you can take them out when it reach to, maybe 165 internal.

Man, let me tell you, these things were good. They were crispy on the outside, and all cheesy and gooey on the inside. And so easy! It took, like, no time at all.

I ate them plain, but you could totally dip them in something. Maybe some marinara sauce, or even some ranch dressing. I’ll try different tastes next time!

Definetly, make these again, and maybe i should try some different kind of sausage.
