Okay, so I tried making that Knorr vegetable dip that everyone’s been talking about. I gotta say, it was pretty darn easy. All I needed was some sour cream and that packet of Knorr vegetable mix. Oh, and I squeezed in some lemon juice ’cause why not?

First, I grabbed a big bowl and dumped in the whole container of sour cream. Then, I ripped open the Knorr mix and sprinkled it all over the sour cream. I squeezed in some lemon juice, I like the sour flavor so I squeezed a whole lemon. After that, I took a big spoon and mixed everything together until it looked all nice and creamy.

I covered the bowl with some plastic wrap and stuck it in the fridge. They say you should let it chill for a couple of hours, but I only waited for about 30 minutes. I was too impatient, had to try it! I also added some minced onions.

What I Used:

  • Sour cream – a whole container, whatever size you like.
  • Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix – one packet of that stuff.
  • Lemon juice – just a bit, to taste. I used half a lemon.
  • Minced Onions – a generous amount.

When it was time to eat, I pulled out some chips and veggies. I mean, you gotta have something to dip into it, right? I dipped a chip in and… wow! It was actually really good. I also tried it with some carrot sticks, and that was tasty too. It also could be good with some pita chips.

Honestly, this dip is a lifesaver when you need something quick and easy for a party or just for snacking. Plus, it tastes way better than the store-bought stuff. If you haven’t tried it yet, you totally should. You won’t regret it!
