Okay, here’s my blog post about making crockpot scrambled eggs with cream cheese:
Alright, folks, gather ’round! Today, I’m gonna share my super easy, kinda lazy, but totally delicious way to make scrambled eggs. I’m talkin’ about using a crockpot! Yeah, you heard me right. And we’re gonna throw in some cream cheese for extra creamy goodness. Let’s get to it!
Getting Started
First, I grabbed my trusty crockpot. Any size will do, really, depending on how many eggs you’re making. I was cooking for a small crowd (me, myself, and I… plus my dog, who always begs for scraps), so I used my smaller one.

Then, I sprayed the inside of the crockpot with some cooking spray. This is important, people! Don’t skip this step, or you’ll be scraping eggs off the sides for hours. Trust me, I learned that the hard way.
The Egg-cellent Mixture
Next, I cracked about a dozen eggs into a big bowl. I like a lot of eggs, okay? Don’t judge. I then whisked them up real good, just like I would for regular scrambled eggs.
Then, the secret ingredient: cream cheese! I took a block of cream cheese (about 4 ounces, I think) and cut it into little cubes. I tossed those cubes into the egg mixture.
Add a bit of milk(half cup).
Of course, I added a little salt and pepper. Gotta have that flavor!
I poured the whole eggy, cheesy mixture into the greased crockpot.
Slow and Steady Wins the Race
I put the lid on the crockpot and set it to low. Now, here’s the thing about crockpot cooking: it’s slow. Like, really slow. But that’s the beauty of it! You can just set it and forget it (for a little while, anyway).
I let the eggs cook for about 2-3 hours. I checked on them every hour or so and gave them a good stir. This helps them cook evenly and prevents them from sticking to the sides too much.

The Creamy, Dreamy Result
After a few hours, the eggs were done! They were fluffy, creamy, and oh-so-delicious. The cream cheese melted perfectly and gave the eggs this amazing texture and richness.
I scooped out a big pile of eggs onto my plate and dug in. Seriously, these were some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. And the best part? Hardly any cleanup! Just rinse out the crockpot, and you’re good to go.
So, there you have it! My super simple, super tasty crockpot scrambled eggs with cream cheese. Give it a try, and let me know what you think!
