Okay, so I’ve been craving chocolate lately, like, really craving it. And what’s better than a chocolate cupcake? A chocolate cupcake with chocolate pudding inside! I decided to finally give it a shot, and let me tell you, it was an adventure.

Getting Started

First, I gathered all my ingredients. I’m not gonna lie, my pantry is usually a mess, so this took a bit. I needed the basics: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, butter, milk, and baking powder, you get the idea. I have chocolate pudding powder, just in case.

Mixing It Up

I started by creaming together the butter and sugar. My hand mixer is ancient, so it took longer time, and I almost gave * I added the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each *’s a simple step, but I need to make sure everything is well-combined.

In a separate bowl, I whisked together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually, I added the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just * is important, don’t overmix!

  • Flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • baking powder

Baking Time

I preheated my oven to 350°F (175°C).I used paper liners for my cupcake * I filled each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.I baked them for around 18-20 minutes. Finally, I can check the doneness which insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean means done.

Pudding Time!

While the cupcakes were baking, I made the chocolate pudding according to the package * fancy here, just followed the box * it was cooked and slightly cooled, I set it aside.

The Grand Finale Assembling!

Once the cupcakes were completely cool, I used a small spoon to scoop out a little bit of the center of each cupcake. Be careful not to go all the way through!I need to keep the bottom *, I carefully filled each hole with the chocolate pudding.I put the little cake pieces that I scooped out back on top, like little lids.

The final step, I ate it. They turned out pretty good! The cake was moist, the pudding was creamy, and the double chocolate was perfect. It’s totally worth the effort.
