Okay, so I was kinda bored today and decided to do something random. I thought, “Hey, let’s see what fruits start with the letter ‘L’.” Sounds simple, right? You’d be surprised!
The Search Begins
First, I grabbed my phone and fired up Google. Just typed in “fruits that start with L”. I figured it would be a short list, you know? Maybe lemon, lime, and… uh… lychee?
Boy, was I wrong!
Diving Deeper
The search results popped up, and there were way more than I expected. I scrolled through a few websites. Some were helpful, some were… not so much. One site even listed “lemonade” as a fruit. Seriously? That’s like saying “apple pie” is a fruit!
- Lemon – that easy peasy.
- Lime – another gimme.
- Lychee – my only other intial thought!
But I noticed a few that I’d never even heard of. Like “longan”? What the heck is a longan? Looks kinda like a lychee, but… different.
Making My List
So, I started making a list. I jotted down the ones I knew, and then I added the new ones I discovered. I even looked up pictures of some of them, just to get a better idea. I found these “lemon aspen”, these look truly unique.
The Result
In the end, I came up with a pretty decent list. It’s not every single fruit that starts with ‘L’, but it’s a good start. And hey, I learned something new! Who knew there were so many “L” fruits out there? Might even try to find some of these weird ones at the grocery store next time. You know, just for fun. It was way more interesting than I thought it would be, to be honest!
