Alright, listen up, y’all. I’m gonna tell ya how to make these blueberry cheesecake rolls, and it ain’t gonna be fancy. Just plain talkin’, like you’re sittin’ at my kitchen table. We’re makin’ 5 ingredient blueberry cheesecake rolls, and they’re so easy even my old dog could probably do it…if he had thumbs, that is.
First off, you gotta get yourself some of them crescent rolls. You know, the ones in the can that pop open when you smack ’em on the counter? Yeah, those. Get a tube of them. Then you need a block of cream cheese, the kind that comes in a brick, not that whipped stuff. And you’ll want some sugar, plain ol’ white sugar’s fine, and a can of blueberry pie fillin’. Them blueberries already got that thick gooey stuff in ’em, so you don’t gotta worry about nothin’ else. Oh, and a little bit of melted butter. That’s it! Five things. See? I told ya it was easy.
Now, fire up your oven. I dunno, 375 degrees, somethin’ like that. Ovens these days, they got all them fancy numbers. Just make it hot enough to bake, ya hear? While that’s heatin’ up, get a pan. A square one, a round one, whatever you got. Just grease it up a little with some of that melted butter so them rolls don’t stick. Nothin’ worse than tryin’ to scrape stuck food off a pan, let me tell ya.

- Unroll them crescent rolls and lay ’em out flat.
- Take that cream cheese and smoosh it up in a bowl with the sugar.
- Mix it good, until it’s nice and smooth.
Don’t gotta be perfect, just get it mixed. Then, spoon that cream cheese stuff all over them crescent rolls. Spread it around a bit, but don’t go crazy. Then, you take that can of blueberry pie fillin’ and plop spoonfuls of it on top of the cream cheese. Again, spread it out some, but don’t overdo it. You want some of that blueberry goodness in every bite, but you don’t want it squishin’ out all over the place when you roll ’em up.
Now comes the tricky part…but it ain’t really that tricky. Starting at one end, roll them crescent rolls up tight, like you’re rollin’ up a rug. Try to keep all that good stuff inside. Once you got it rolled up, slice it into pieces, about an inch or so thick. I just use a regular ol’ knife, nothin’ fancy. Place them rolls in that greased pan, cut side up. See all them pretty layers? That’s what you want.
Melt the rest of that butter and drizzle it all over the tops of them rolls. That’ll make ‘em nice and golden brown. Now stick that pan in the oven and bake ‘em for, I dunno, 15-20 minutes. You gotta watch ‘em, ya know. Every oven’s different. You want them rolls to be golden brown and that filling to be bubbly. When they’re done, take ’em out and let ’em cool for a bit. But not too long, ’cause they’re best when they’re still warm and gooey.
These 5 ingredient blueberry cheesecake rolls are a real treat. They’re perfect for breakfast, dessert, or just a snack when you’re feelin’ peckish. They’re sweet and creamy, with that little bit of tartness from the blueberries. And they’re so easy to make, even a young’un could do it… with a little help, of course. My grandkids, they love these things. Always beggin’ me to make ’em. And who am I to say no to those sweet faces? So there you have it. Simple as can be. Now go on and make yourself some. You won’t be disappointed.
And you know what else? You can mess around with this recipe. Don’t like blueberries? Use strawberries or peaches or whatever you got on hand. Want it a little sweeter? Add a little more sugar. It’s your food, make it the way you like it. That’s what I always say.
These ain’t nothin’ like them fancy cheesecakes you see in them bakeries, the ones they cook in that water bath thingy. This is just good, plain home cookin’. The kind that fills your belly and makes you feel good. And that’s what matters, right? Good food and good company. That’s the secret to a happy life, I tell ya. So go on, get in that kitchen and start bakin’!
One last thing! These rolls are good with a scoop of ice cream. Vanilla, or even a little bit of that lemon ice cream, would be real tasty. Or just a cup of coffee. Whatever you like. Just enjoy it. That’s all that matters. Now, I’m done talkin’. Go make them rolls!
